Jenel did her big thing… My first Brazilian wax experience was absolutely amazing! I was nervous going in, but Jenel made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. She was professional, friendly, patient and explained everything throughout the process, which really helped calm my nerves. The customer service was top-tier warm, welcoming and very attentive. The wax itself was much smoother and less intimidating than I expected thanks to her skill and care. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone, especially first-timers. Not to mention my fusion lashes she ate and left no crumbs

Jenell was very patient and thorough. I learnt a lot in a short space of time too. I never felt pressured to do something or felt stupid if I didn’t do something right. She kept everything realistic which I appreciated very much! She’s a very good teacher and you get VALUE for your money and more. The space is very nice! Giving a luxury/Chic vibes. Jenell made it very easy for me to get comfortable enough so I could grasp what was being taught quick. Definitely the Best at wha she does if you ask me. I love the fact that she takes care of her clients and she’s very knowledgeable and professional with her services.
